Mr. Cooper asks that amendments be made to certain bills in order to have a dual system of retirement for the teachers, one for college employees and one for public school employees. He asks that the provisions in S.J.R. 5 or H.J.R. 24 be kept in general terms. He also asks that they support House Bill 709, the enabling act for Federal Social Security.
