Redway while he was stationed at Kelly's Creek in West Virginia. It was signed by Redway on MArch 31, 1865.

Receipt of supplies shipped to Capt. Hamilton K. Redway at his station in Kelly's Creek, West Virginia. Redway received forty one sacks of corn and sixteen bales of hay for his cavalry's forage. Notations on the receipt state that Redway received additonal stores of oats and twenty five bales of hay on April 3. He received this shipment at his station in Kelly's Creek.

Letter to the Commanding Officer Co. F 1st NY Vet Cavalry that transportation for a private in the company granted by Col N Aley. Transportation to Baltimore MD at the cost of $4.10.

Letter saying that transportation for P.T. Carpener to Cincinnati OH at the cost of $12.09.

Letter to the Commanding Officer Co. F 1st NY Vet Cavalry that transportation for Moses Lapoint has been furnished. Transportation will be from Baltimore to Parkersburg VA granted by Lieut Col John Platner. This transportation will be at the cost of $10.00.

Document lists ordinance stores, including thirty Enfield muskets.
