Subject 17671 [108,345] describes the unusual weather, the delay of his transfer and his receipt of a letter from Mr. Gordon Jaeck, Chairman of the Minnesota Parole Board. Subject confirms his understanding that Jaeck has no control over parole in Texas but was pleased that Jaeck "would if he could." Subject states that his main goal now is getting out of prison.
