Recording of the 24th Annual Dallas Fort Worth Black Tie Dinner, that raises money and awareness for current GLBT/LGBT issues and organizations. The theme of the dinner was "Imagine Tomorrow" and used kaleidoscopes to inspire much of the design. The opening of the video includes directions for finding information about the luxury items up for auction. Bob Eckelcam is the Luxury Auctioneer of the night and early on in the auction Sharon Stone comes on-stage and takes Eckelcam's place as the head auctioneer. Item donors included Natuzzi Dallas, Eiseman Jewels and Cartier, Silverseas, Waterworks, Dallas Harley Davidson, Neiman Marcus, HRC, Hewitt & Habgood Realty Group, and Sharon Stone herself. Following the auction the dinner's co-chairs introduce Eric and Sheryl Maas, owners of Classic BMW, to perform the raffle drawing for a 2006 BMW 325i. At the end Lily Tomlin delivers the closing keynote address and performs a few of her comedy skits.

Recording of the 24th Annual Dallas Fort Worth Black Tie Dinner, that raises money and awareness for current GLBT/LGBT issues and organizations. The theme of the dinner was "Imagine Tomorrow" and used kaleidoscopes to inspire much of the design. The opening of the video includes words from the beneficiaries of the event, followed by a performance of a medley of John Lennon's "Imagine" with Colm Wilkinson and Linda Eder's "A New Life". The co-chairs, Tom Phipps and Pam Clayton, then announce special guests and that night's Kuchling Humanitarian of the Year Award. This year's winner was Christine Jarosz and a pre-recorded piece dedicated to her, with photos and interviews from colleagues and friends, was played before her acceptance speech. Other speakers of the night included the Dallas County Sheriff Lupe Valdez, the Dallas Mayor Laura Miller, and the HRC President Joe Solmonese. At the end the Director of Events at HRC, Philip Wier, presented the Elizabeth Birch Equality Award to Sharon Stone who gave an acceptance speech.

Video footage from the Resource Center LGBT Collection. The 1992 Dallas City Council holds a public hearing of their constituents in regards to upholding the ban on gay men and lesbians being able to be police officers. At 2:36:48 the public hearing closes and the council begins their debate on the topic. The council eventually decides to uphold the ban. At 4:13:56, the council moves on to other items, including an item about whether or not they should continue a contract a law firm whose compliance with affirmative action is unsure. They unanimously decide to approve the item. At 5:00:00. they discuss amendments to an item for the Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) to allocate funding for more transit centers. The council votes not to defer discussion of the items until Monday. At 3:23 AM (5:23:12) the council votes to adjourn the meeting until the following Monday.
