CancerNet: a unified deep learning network for pan‑cancer diagnostics
Article states that despite remarkable advances in cancer research, cancer remains one of the leading causes of death worldwide. The author's proposed framework for cancer diagnostics detects cancers and their tissues of origin using a unified model of cancers encompassing 33 cancers represented in The Cancer Genome Atlas. Their model exploits the learned features of different cancers reflected in the respective dysregulated epigenomes, holding a great promise in early cancer detection.

Cardiac and metabolic physiology of early larval zebrafish (Danio rerio) reflects parental swimming stamina
Article describes experiment in which mature adult zebrafish (Danio rerio) were subjected to a swimming performance test that allowed separation into low swimming stamina or high swimming stamina groups in order to determine if inherited traits that support enhanced swimming stamina in offspring appear only in juveniles and/or adults, or if these traits actually appear earlier in the morphologically quite different larvae.

Cardiac and metabolic physiology of early larval zebrafish (Danio rerio) reflects parental swimming stamina
This article explores swimming stamina in fish. Mature adult zebrafish (Danio rerio) were subjected to a swimming performance test and then bred within performance groups to discover if enhanced swimming stamina in offspring appears only in juveniles/adults, or if these traits appear as early as larvae.

Case report: Early-onset osteoporosis in a patient carrying a novel heterozygous variant of the WNT1 gene
Article presents a case study of a 35 year-old Caucasian woman who experienced multiple vertebral fractures two months after her second pregnancy. The results suggest a potential role of heterozygous WNT1 variants in the pathogenesis of early-onset osteoporosis. The authors suggest that teriparatide is one of the most appropriate available therapies for such cases.
