Photocopy of a letter from Charles C. Tandy, M.D., Dallas City Councilman to Bill McCarter, co-director of the North Texas Institute for Educators on the Visual Arts. Tandy thanks McCarter for the lunch tour and education as to what is happening at the University of North Texas. Tandy writes that he was impressed with the pursuit of the relationship of art to learning in elementary education, and assures McCarter that he will use his influence to enhance the opportunity to add Dallas into the institute.

A letter from D. Jack Davis, Co-Director, North Texas Institute for Educators on the Visual Arts, to Vicki J. Rosenberg, Program Officer for The Getty Center for Education in the Arts, about confusion towards a prior letter that was lost in getting fax to Davis. In a response letter from Rosenberg to Davis, Rosenberg informs that per the Center's grant offer letter, grant payments are made in installments and due to the TCA documentation supplements that Davis sent in his January 2, 1990 letter, Rosenburg is sending an additional sum to Davis within four weeks.
