[Max Causey's journal of his experiences on the Ruby trial jury]

Spiral bound notebook containing a handwritten journal titled "Trial of a Juror" by Max Causey, who served as the foreman of the jury for the Jack Ruby trial. The notebook contains 54 pages. Jury selection for the Ruby trial began in early 1964. The trial itself started on March 4th and Max Causey was the first juror selected. Causey was elected foreman by his peers on March 14th as they began their deliberations. The trial ended on March 14, 1964 when the jury found Jack Ruby guilty of murder with malice.

[Request for Investigation of Elm and Houston]

Form for request of investigation by the Crime Scene Search Section of the Identification Bureau in Dallas, Texas. As a result, Elm and Houston streets were investigated and fourteen photos were taken. Three copies of each photo were made and released to Agent Hawlett.
