Grass, Legume and Forb Cultivation

Photograph of pasture with excellent native grass. Approximately 200 acres of grass and timber was destroyed before this fire was brought under control. Stephens County Civil Defense fire fighting units assisted in extinguishing the fire. The fire was started by a careless farmer who was burning a fire break 1/4 mile south of this field. OK-1283-4.
