He also reflects on the prospects of being commissioned an ensign upon graduating from the Academy. Nimitz also confesses to being restless and ready to move on from the Academy and get into the service. He also mentions going to Philadelphia for the Army-Navy football game. This letter is on US Naval Academy stationery.
