Carswell advises Subject 108,345 that there is no change of date for reviewing his request. He explains that when he broke his parole he had to start over from when he was released on parole, that the Board requires a minimum time to be served by those who violate Parole before they will again consider them for release. He advises Subject to grit his teeth and take his situation in stride with good grace.
