The ACIR Library is composed of publications that study the interactions between different levels of government. This document is an annual report.

Photograph album chronicling Annie Belle Emery Bright, Frances Marion Allen, and Sheila Emery Allen's Mediterranean cruise trip. The women visited ruins, religious sites, and public markets. Places visited include Serbia, Lebanon, Syria, Palestine, Jerusalem, Turkey, Greece, and Spain. Most of the photographs are labeled with typed strips of paper.

Directory of Texas airports "designed to update and chart as many unknown facilities as possible in the interest of safety and further development of all aviation services in Texas" (p. ii).

An album consisting of newspaper clippings dating from 1963 to 1984. The clippings relate to water issues and the activities of the Abilene (Texas) Water and Sewer Department.

This book describes the early history of Hill County, located in Texas, including the author's trip to Texas, information about the first settlers, prominent men, Native American massacres, government, and the general organization of the county.

Describes various types of farm equipment used to clear brush. Provides indications for use depending on the size of the land to be cleared.

Companion Library edition of Heidi by Johanna Spyri. This book is a dual book with the other side being the book Hans Brinker by Mary Mapes Dodge. The cover of the book has a full sized illustration of Heidi standing in a field with her grandfather, petting a goat. The field is full of grass and flowers and is bordered by a fence where beyond is a log cabin. In the background are more fields and mountains. On the spine of the book has the titles of both books on each side and in the center has the Companion Library logo with two children holding a book in one hand and their arms out to each other.
