It says that Edwin Moore and Elsie Whitecrow were married on April 17th, 1921 at what appears to be Columbus Cherokee Kansas. There were four witnesses, Mrs. C.G. Parks, Mr. C.G. Parks, E.A. Callyson, and the Justice of the Piece. There is a picture of flowers and leaves near the top left corner and a vine of flowers at the bottom of the page separating the signatures of the four witnesses. The certificate appears to be tacked onto another surface with one metal tack at the top right corner and one metal tack at the bottom of the page in the middle.
