The document stipulates that the debt is due on July 1, 1919, and Bonnell is putting up his "entire flock of goats" and "entire stock of cattle" as collateral to secure the note; if the debt is not paid then the bank "shall thereupon be fully empowered to sell the property herein mortgaged." There is an attached note at the bottom that reads in part: "The note herein secured is given in renewal of balance owing by me to said Charles Schreiner Bank on a certain note of date June 5, 1917." Also attached on the back is a certificate acknowledging that the copy of this document has been filed.

Promissory Note from W. H. and Allie H. Bonnell to Charles Schreiner Bank in the amount of $3,000 with a ten percent interest rate per year until paid. The stamp printed on the note acknowledges that this note has been fully paid on February 6, 1929.

Agreement made between members of the Bonnell, Dickey, and Liljegren families regarding the rights and interests on the land owned by the deceased Charlotte Francis Bonnell in Kerr County. This agreement, made on June 17, 1921, divides the land into parts to be owned by each of the members of the family, after W. H. Bonnell "brought a suit in the District Court of Kerr County, Texas" due to his dissatisfaction with Charlotte's will.

Deed from Charlisa G. Walker to Charles F. de Ganahl acknowledging the exchange of land between the two for five dollars paid by de Ganahl: "[Charles F. de Ganahl] will convey to this grantor by special warranty deed the following described tracts of land." On the second page of the document Walker is relinquishing her rights to certain plots of land and giving them to Charles.

Bill of Sale document prepared between George L. and Edward B. Leigh; this sale was for a piece of land for which Edward paid four thousand dollars. Also included is the envelope that it was delivered in.

Deed from C. F. Bonnell to W. H. Bonnell acknowledging W. H.'s payment of $1 in exchange for land from C. F. Bonnell, the widow of John A. Bonnell; W. H. Bonnell is her only son and heir. The deed states that the land being purchased is situated on Verde Creek in Kerr County; the rest of the paragraph details the land, its borders, and size. Finally, the deed includes statements acknowledging that C. F. Bonnell did appear to the clerk to perform this action.

Document relating to the case of Edward Prince vs. C. F. and W. H. Bonnell, accused of fraudulent land deed, filed May 26, 1896. This particular document contains the plaintiff's (Prince) original petition in the case, stating his claim against the Bonnells.

Release deed of trust from Arthur Real to W. H. Bonnell and his wife, Allie H. Bonnell, acknowledging the fulfillment of a deed of trust created by the couple in August 1916. According to this deed, the promissory note was worth $1,000 and was due by August 1919, with 8% interest per annum; the last paragraph states that Arthur Real asserts the note had been fulfilled and he releases his claims to the property originally owned by the Bonnells.

There is a printed note at the bottom of the page stating that this note "is given in reneal of balance owing by me to said Chas. Schreiner Bank on a certain note of date Dec. 16, 1918." Also attached is a certificate saying that the copy of this document has been filed.

Original chattel mortgage document of agreement between W. H. Bonnell and Charles Schreiner. The agreement states that Bonnell will secure his debt to Schreiner that amounts to a total of $5,000 by conveying his "entire flock of goats" and "entire flock of sheep" as collateral until he is able to pay the debt that is to be due on November 1, 1917. Later in the agreement there is a statement that says Schreiner has full authority to sell of the property if Bonnell is not able to pay off the debt.

Two documents related to separate tracts of land, one is a drawing of a piece of land belonging to George Bigford and the other is a promissory note from George L. Leigh to Joseph Heimen. On the back of the map there is a note describing the location and borders of the land belonging to Bigford. The promissory note states that George promises "to pay to the order of Joseph Heimen, Six Hundred Dollars at Comfort, Texas with 9% interest...from date until paid." This note "is given for the part purchase money for 320 acres of land situated in Kerr County."

Statement of the fulfillment of a mortgage paid by Henry B. Robischung of Kalamazoo, Michigan; this release deed is from Amelia Francis Robischung, the widow of Henry, acknowledging the that mortgage in "Volume 4, pages 10-13 of the Deed of Trust records of Kerr County, Texas, is fully satisfied and discharged." The second paragraph is signed by the notary public acknowledging that Amelia appeared and is the same person whose name is on the document.

Copy of Chattel mortgage agreement made between Charles Schreiner and W. H. Bonnell who is indebted to Schreiner for a total of $900. In this document, Bonnell states that he has conveyed and mortgaged a portion of his property to Schreiner as collateral until he was able to pay off the debt that is to be due on October 1, 1913.

Assortment of 12 hand-drawn maps outlining the borders of different pieces of land in Kerr County; the Moore tract, Goodread tract, Bigford tract, and Burney tract are all drawn on the separate pages. On the back of the envelope there is a list of claims and deeds made between A. S. Moore, George L. Leigh, and Edward B. Leigh.

Warranty deed from Jennie W. de Ganahl to the San Antonio & Aransas Pass Railway Company for the sale of a piece of land in Kerr County for $1 paid by the railroad company. In addition to the payment, de Ganahl gains the "benefits to be derived by me from the construction of said road."

Deed from Virginia Leigh to Edward B. Leigh acknowledging the sale of land belonging to W. B. Leigh, Clara F. Leigh, and Virginia Leigh for $600 to Edward B. Leigh. Edward purchased the land and obtained an "undivided one half interest in and to that certain 320 acre tract of land known as Survey No. 1430."

Document stating James Sellers of Centre Point in Kerr County has applied to lease land for $19.20; the table on the front outlines the section of land, and the company that James Sellers leased the land from. There is a handwritten statement on the back of the document that shows Sellers releasing his rights to the lease to C. C. Paine for $135; the second statement shows Paine releasing his rights to the lease to George L. Leigh for $135 as well. Also included is a small strip of paper with a statement that reads: "When remitting future payments, to guard against errors and insure prompt returns, please give the NAME of lessee and the application NUMBER."
