Mechanisms of Social Interaction and Virtual Connections as Strong Predictors of Wellbeing of Older Adults
Article examining the domains of social determinants of health, specifically the social and community context per Healthy People 2030 objectives. These mechanisms of social interaction, in the form of group activities, community engagement, and virtual interactions via email or text message, were assessed using hierarchical regression analysis to find out their association with wellbeing, depression symptoms, and cognition of older adults.

Effect of N-Methyl-pyrrolidone (NMP) on the Equilibrium Solubility of Meloxicam in Aqueous Media: Correlation, Dissolution Thermodynamics, and Preferential Solvation
Article describes a study of the drug Meloxicam in N-methyl-pyrrolidone (NMP)–aqueous mixtures at several temperatures to expand the solubility database about pharmaceutical compounds in aqueous–mixed solvents. Meloxicam is preferentially hydrated in water-rich mixtures but preferentially solvated by NMP in the composition interval of 0.16 < x1 < 1.00.

TS: A powerful truncated test to detect novel disease associated genes using publicly available gWAS summary data
This article proposes a new truncated statistic method (TS) by utilizing a truncated method to find the genes that have a true contribution to the genetic association.
