Crisis and Culture
The research seeks to know if the COVID-19 pandemic has created culture change by measuring the criteria of work outputs and actions of organization members. As a part of this research, a survey was developed to identify how and to what extent workplace culture has been impacted. 111 professional services staff from a North Texas business were surveyed. We identified three factors for criteria of work outputs and behavior that indicates the current level of change of the culture. The three factors are identified as, Expectations (α= 0.786), Accuracy (α= 0.603), and Timeliness (α= 0.552). Factor analysis and descriptive statistics are used to analyze the result from the survey.

Sol-gel synthesized indium tin oxide as a transparent conducting oxide with solution-processed black phosphorus for its integration into solar-cells
This article describes the synthesis of indium tin oxide (ITO) thin films using solgel processing with a mixture of InCl₃, methanol, and SnCl₂, where the solutions were spin coated onto glass substrates. The combined architecture of black phosphorus on ITO thin films shows promise in its use for transparent electronics, which can also serve as a stepping stone for future solar cell platforms.

3D-printed and injection molded polymer matrix composites with 2D layered materials
This article reports on a study where 2D TMDs (MoS₂ and WS₂) and the 3D allotrope of carbon and graphite were incorporated into acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) and polyethylene terephthalate glycol (PETG) matrices in order to form polymer matrix composites (PMCs). The multipronged analysis described in this study was motivated by the purpose to fuse together topics of low-cost, additive manufacturing with 2D layered materials, and studying their ensuing mechanical and tribological properties.

Latent Class Analysis Offers Insight into the Complex Food Environments of Native American Communities: Findings from the Randomly Selected OPREVENT2 Trial Baseline Sample
The article describes the subgroups and demographic characteristics related to NA household food environments. Surveys collected food getting, food assistance, and sociodemographic variables from randomly selected adults from three NA communities (n = 300) in the Midwest and Southwest. Findings demonstrate that NA household food environments can be described by developing subgroups based on patterns of market and traditional food getting, and food assistance utilization. Understanding NA household food environments could identify tailored individual and community-level approaches to promoting healthy eating for NA Nations.

One Thing at Least is Certain
Diana Rojas explores the hidden and invisible through interdisciplinary collaboration and conversation across fields such as Philosophy, Music Composition, Physics, Material Science and Visual Art. The tools and environments she creates - by utilizing the archaic and contemporary, the digital and sculptural, known and unknown, and the minute and immersive -culminate in experiential works that prompt viewers to slow down and inspire introspection. The slowing down that these works provoke raises questions about existence, reality and being. By combining materials and elements of theories and devices of exploration, she references their antecedents, but creates new opportunities for viewer investigation. This includes utilizing creative coding, video, 3D modeling, welding steel, kiln forming and soldering glass, and cutilizing sand as projection screens. Additionally, she utilizes sound and light to create captivating installations, inspired by interest in the influence that immaterial forces have on human minds and decisions.

From Every Depth of Good and Ill
Titled after a poem by Edgar Allan Poe, From Every Depth of Good and Ill, is an exhibition composed of vignettes created with ceramic sculpture, ephemeral installation works, and printmaking. The work primarily references domesticity and antiquated subjects to illustrate the process of coping with past trauma and the resultant feelings of shame, inadequacy, and incompleteness. Marked by a palette of warm rust and sepia, aged patterning, and worn textures, the tableau of objects presented within the space mimic old familial photographs. Each resulting work serves as a dirty looking-glass for the viewer to peer through.
