Breaking Down the Book: Literature Review and Practice of Book Digitization Methods

With a large number of books flowing into their department, the authors decided to conduct research on the methods of scanning using the equipment and software available to them. Dynamic Classification in Web Archiving Collections (open access)

Dynamic Classification in Web Archiving Collections

Article explores dynamic fusion models to find, on the fly, the model or combination of models that performs best on a variety of document types. The experimental results show that the approach that fuses different models outperforms individual models and other ensemble methods on three datasets.

Accessible History: Putting a Century of The Chronicles of Oklahoma Online
