This poster focuses on how to approach collaborative research. Learn how to choose team members, facilitate collaboration and organize all the elements of a project to create a successful publication or presentation. Also included are administrative responsibilities, thoughts on handling problems, examples of delineating responsibilities. It was presented at The Exchange an Association for Library Collections and Technical Services (ALCTS)/Library and Information Technology Association (LITA)/Library Leadership and Management (LLAMA) Collaboration held virtually on May 4, 6, & 8, 2020.

This article studies atmospheric nitrogen (N) deposition in urban areas on two native prairie grass species, Schizachyrium scoparium and Nasella leucotricha. Findings indicate that while native prairie grasses may exhibit a positive biomass response to increased N deposition up to ~18 kg ha⁻¹ yr⁻¹, total inorganic N deposition is well above the estimated critical load for herbaceous plant species richness in the tallgrass prairie of the Great Plains ecoregion and thus may negatively affect these plant communities.

The authors present an instep girth measurement algorithm, and they used a pixel per metric algorithm for measurement; these algorithms were accordingly integrated with the application.

Article asserts that polyunsaturated N-acylethanolamines (NAEs) can be hydrolyzed by fatty acid amide hydrolase (FAAH) or oxidized by lipoxygenase (LOX). Altogether, the authors conclude that the growth of cotton seedlings involves fine-tuning of 9-NAE-HOD levels via FAAH-mediated hydrolysis and LOX-mediated production, expanding the mechanistic understanding of plant growth modulation by NAE oxylipins to a perennial crop species.

Article presents a study that reveals the dynamics of transcriptomic responses to age- and dark-induced senescence in M. truncatula and identifies senescence-associated TFs that are attractive targets for future work to control senescence in forage legumes.
