Funeral program for Susan Elizabeth Mayfield, born October 9, 1957 and died April 11, 2015. The funeral was held April 25, 2015 at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, officiated by Very Rev. Kevin P. Fausz. Funeral arrangements were made through Dellcrest Funeral Home and she was buried in Cross Catholic Cemetery in Nacogdoches, Texas.
