Typed documents on The Cultural Collaborative (TCC): A Community Plan for San Antonio's Creative Economy. Established as a committee composed of arts and cultural leaders in San Antonio, the TCC's job was to develop and cultivate San Antonio's creative industry. The documents have various bullet points and strategies on ways this can be done. The last page is a schedule of events that span from December 2002 to January 2004.

This manuscript by Sterling Houston is a short musical play about the history of the African-American community in San Antonio, Texas prior to integration.

Letter from John McBurney to Sterling Houston. He informs Mr. Houston that Tootie Finnell does not have a grave marker, and he would like his input to put on a drag show as a fundraising activity. He suggests the Jump-Start Theatre as a possible location. The letter has been written on a typed report. McBurney has included his business card as a make-up artist.

E-mail from Arnold Aprill to Sterling Houston, prominent San Antonio playwright. He has received a script for one of Houston's plays, Cameoland, and is writing to comment on several parts of the story. This includes notations on character development, music, and imagery.

E-mail from Pam to friends regarding a storytelling project. She sends word to a number of those involved in the project that they have recently been awarded a fifty thousand grant from the Rockefeller Foundation. The e-mail discusses upcoming travel plans and planning arrangements.

Letter from Tanya Palmer and Amy Wegener, staff members of the Actors Theatre of Louisville, to Sterling Houston, prominent San Antonio playwright. They write to inform him that he has been selected as a finalist for a Heideman Award, and that they will consider all finalists for production in an upcoming festival.

Pamphlet that advertises an exhibition presented by the Mexic-Arte Museum entitled, "Americanos, Latino Life in the United States". There are five orange and blue tinted photographs of Hispanic people that run along the bottom. The title of the exhibition is featured in large type across three of the panels above the photographs. The national sponsors are listed on the half panel, and there is a small descriptive paragraph about the exhibition on the first panel. The back of the last panel is entitled "Beyond Images", and includes information on four different performances and lectures that is part of the exhibition. Information about the Mexic-Arte Museum sponsors and the museum hours is provided on the back of the middle panel.

The postcard, which is printed on white transparent paper, features exhibit information including the title, sponsors and their logos, the participants, and the date and time of the event.

Pamphlet that details the events and contributors of the "3rd Annual Taste of Mexico, A Cinco de Mayo Celebration", which is presented by the Mexic-Arte Museum. The pamphlet includes information about the festival including event details, itineraries, menus, sponsorship and committee information, contributors, participants, membership information, and a message from the Vice President/Public Affairs Chair of the festival. There is also information on the silent auction.

Pamphlet advertising an exhibition by Latino artist Ernesto Marenco presented by the Mexic-Arte Museum entitled "Paradox Without the Absurd". The front cover of the exhibition guide features a large photograph of one of Marenco's sculptures as well as the title. On the inside of the guide, there is a numbered list of art pieces that can be found in the exhibit along with the corresponding date created, materials used, price, and a secondary name. This list is continued on the back of the pamphlet. There is also information about the artist himself and about the mission of the diversity and emergence series.

Flyer advertising It's a Glamorous Life, an exhibition hosted by the Mexic-Arte Museum in Austin, Texas for the Seventh Young Latino Artist Exhibition (YLA VII). The exhibition ran from July 12th, 2002 to September 14th, 2002. Flyer includes a statement from the curator and a list of featured artists. Illustrations of stars appear in the background of the flyer.

Pamphlet advertising an exhibition presented by the city of Austin, the Consulate General of Mexico in Austin, the Catholic Diocese of Austin, and the Mexic-Arte Museum entitled "Tesoros de la Catedral de Saltillo", or "Treasures of the Cathedral of Saltillo". The pamphlet, when folded out, has three and a half panels. It contains colorful pictures of some of the artwork included in the exhibit as well as reception and exhibit details. When folded out, the last panel outlines the details of five different demonstrations, lectures, and performances presented as a part of the exhibit. The front and back cover as well as the front of the half-panel is spanned with a close up detail photograph of a gold surface covered in decorative elements and religious icons. The back of the middle cover features a large color copy of one of the paintings included in the exhibit as well information on the museum.

Guidebook created as an accompaniment to an exhibit at the Mexic-Arte Museum entitled "Tesoros de la Catedral de Saltillo, Treasures of the Cathedral of Saltillo, Mexico", which ran from October 18 to December 28, 2002. The guidebook contains information on the both the museum and the exhibit, and includes an in-depth description of the historical, cultural, and religious significance of the exhibition. There are also activities such as trivia quizzes and puzzles that are related to the exhibition included in the book.
