A letter written to Judge Clyde Suddath from T. N. Carswell, Chairman, Taylor County Parole Board, dated October 10, 1955. Carswell admonishes Suddath to return the file papers of Subject 95040 at once, that a responsible public official would have done so without the necessity of a second request. A typewritten reply at the bottom of the page from Suddath to Carswell advises of the data as requested and thanks Carswell for his courtesy.
