Meeting minutes of the Executive Committee meeting of the Viva Johnson Club Groups of Harris County, Texas. At the meeting were two guest speakers, John J. Herrera and James De Anda. James De Anda explained that the groups would work under the National Democratic headquarters and not under the Local Democratic headquarters, but with them. Some temporary co-chairmen were named pending naming a permanent chairmen. The minutes were submitted by John J. Herrera, Temporary Co-Chairman.
