The context of the summary is positive, the recommendations from the conferences' discussion are being used by the Education Institute to inform long-range plans for educational reform, taking arts education into the next century.

Layton states that if the institute is under a consortium-type agreement, other agencies' logos may need to appear on the stationery and if they institute is not under a consortium-type agreement, the institute will need to use standard stationary design.
