Promissory note from W. H. Bonnell to Charles Schreiner in the amount of $4,000 in "United States Gold Coin" with ten percent interest until the debt is paid. There is a stamp placed in the center of the note stating that this promissory note had been fully paid off on December 17, 1918.

In this document, Bonnell states that he has conveyed and mortgaged a portion of his property to Schreiner as collateral until he was able to pay off the debt that is to be due on October 1, 1913.

Original chattel mortgage document of agreement between W. H. Bonnell and Charles Schreiner. The agreement states that Bonnell will secure his debt to Schreiner that amounts to a total of $5,000 by conveying his "entire flock of goats" and "entire flock of sheep" as collateral until he is able to pay the debt that is to be due on November 1, 1917. Later in the agreement there is a statement that says Schreiner has full authority to sell of the property if Bonnell is not able to pay off the debt.

Release of vendor's lien from J. M. Witt to Jay McCoy acknowledging the satisfactory payment of four promissory notes, each worth $500. J. R. Herndon conveyed to Jay McCoy "a certain lot or parcel of land, situated in, and being in, the L. A. Wyatt Addition to the town of Center Point...Lots Nos. 8 & 11."

Cemetery dedication from W. H. Bonnell to his daughters Ethel and Helen. According to the document, Bonnell wishes to "have the said plot of ground dedicated by me and set apart for the purposes of a burial ground for the parents of grantor" paid for by Ethel and Helen for $1. He wants to have a plot of one half acre with the graves of his parents placed in the center.

Copy of a chattel mortgage agreement made between W. H. Bonnell and Charles Schreiner acknowledging the debt owed to Schreiner by Bonnell. According to the document Bonnell has a debt totaled at $5,000 to be paid by November 1, 1917; as collateral, Bonnell is putting up his entire flock of goats and sheep to Schreiner if the debt was not able to be paid off. The document stipulates that Schreiner would have authority to sell off said property if Bonnell was not able to pay off the debt.

Deed from A. S. Moore to Edward B. Leigh of St. Louis, Missouri; the deed itself relinquishes Moore's rights to the land "known as survey No. 4...containing 320 acres...having been purchased by me from the State of Texas."

Document that relates to the case of Edward Prince vs. Mrs. C. F. Bonnell et al, accused of deed fraud, originally decided May 8, 1895. This document is a citation summoning W. H. Bonnell and Mrs. C. F. Bonnell "to be and appear before the Honorable District Court of Kerr County." Prince claims that the deeds created by W. H. Bonnell to Mrs C. F. Bonnell are "without valuable consideration in law and are fraudulent" and the lands mentioned in the deeds should be "sold and foreclosed."

Release of vendor's lien from Allie H. Bonnell to E. B. Davis from which the original lien conveyed to him real estate in Kerr County in the "L. A. Wyatt addition to the town of Center Point, Kerr County, Texas, and known as lots Nos. 9 and 11." The original vendor's lien was to secure the payment of $3,500 and E. B. Davis executed three promissory notes to be paid on January 1st of 1932, 1933, 1934; the end of the document states that he has fulfilled and paid the notes and Bonnell acknowledges that the her hold on the land and lien has extinguished.

Deed from the Center Point Cemetery Association to W. H. Bonnell who is buying a plot for $1 and "valuable considerations." The document acknowledges that Bonnell will have and hold these possessions forever and adhere to "all the Rules and Regulations of the said Cemetery Association."

Document stating the indebtedness of R. B. Nowlin to Allie H. Bonnell for a total of $6,837.11 to which Bonnell has agreed to accept the payment of $5,171.48 in bonds issued by the Federal Farm Mortgage Corporation.
