Letter from Truett Latimer to Hub Holland thanking him for his previous telegram. In the telegram, Mr. Holland informs him of the Abilene District Retail Graders Association's opposition of the retail sales tax. Mr. Latimer then asks how they would feel about a sales tax that would exempt food and drug.
