Carswell, Post Commander, Chairman, "Army Day" Arrangements Committee, dated March 31, 1941. Carswell advises Guidera of the plans regarding Abilene observing its first "Army Day" citing Camp Barkeley is located in Abilene and General Key as having authorized his command to participate assuring it would add interest if Gudera could send a unit or two to participate.
