Northeast Corridor: Final Local Environmental Assessment (Final LEA)
This report describes the potential environmental impacts and proposed mitigating measures associated with the establishment of a Northwest Corridor light rail transit (LRT) line. These anticipated consequences are compared against those of alternative designs and of a baseline "no-build alternative."
