Photograph of a 1886 Drug Store. The drug store is located in a two story brick building on the corner of a dirt street. The sign "Drug Store" on the northwest corner of the building, has a horse hitched to the support post. The front of the building has two glass box windows on either side of the double door entrance. Eight men are standing on the sidewalk near the front entrance. There is a man sitting in each of the four second story windows on the front side of building. A hitching post is on far left; two white wooden buildings on far right with the top of a two story brick building partially visible over the roof tops of the wooden buildings. The photograph is mounted on a tan cardboard substrate. Image dimensions are: 19.7 cm x 12.4 cm. Pencil writing near top left corner of cardboard reads [not fully legible]: 84.50 49.00 $35.50 $35.50 (with x's under the cents).

Postcard image titled "Aboard the Mohawk Galveston Tex. Maurer Photo" as written at bottom of the image. The photograph shows a ship with two decks of people at the rails. There is a banner on the second deck rail that reads: "Texas Shriners, Galveston-Rochester". There are lifeboats with a few people milling about on top deck.

Advertisement for A.P. George's Brahmans. It has a large panoramic photograph of the front of the George house with approximately twenty Brahmans in a pen in front. A large tree is on the right side. Caption underneath reads: "A group of ideal "Beef" Brahman cows in front of the home place". On bottom left of advertisement is a photo of Shiek's Jubilee, a black shorthorn. The caption at the bottom: "A.P. GEORGE Breeder of Shorthorn and Brahman Cattle RICHMOND, TEXAS".

Announcement of funeral for R .J. Calder. It reads: "Funeral Notice. The friends and acquaintances of R. J. Calder, Are respecfully (sic) invited to attend his funeral from his residence, to=morrow Aug. 29th, at Nine o'clock, a.m. Interment at the Cemetery Richmond, August 28th, 1885."

The envelope had a label with red writing in top right corner and is only partially legible because it was cut off.

Certificate issued to Mr. F. J. Jodarski. The U. S. Army Air Forces III Fighter Command Aircraft Warning Service Certificate of Appointment issued this certificate to Mr. Jodarski in 1943. Certificate written on linen colored paper with black text and blue watermark (circle with wings).

Christmas card sent to Albert and Mamie George from the Treichler family. The front cover reads: "Merry Christmas" in green script with holly and berries as decorations. The top center photograph is of an older couple. Text on front reads: "Merry Christmas". The "M" and "C" are in purple; remaining lettering in black. The interior of the card is a drawing of a family hanging stockings near the mantle of a fireplace; candles and a wreath with two bells are placed on top of the mantle; decorated Christmas tree in left background. The photograph shows a young girl standing next to a large upholstered chair where a woman holding a baby is seated. A man dressed in a black suit is standing behind the chair. To the right of the chair is a young boy kneeling on one knee next to a Boxer dog. Christmas greeting card sent to the Georges from the Frosts. The exterior cover of the card is red with white border on left and right. White text reads: "[holly leaf attached to the "H"] Holiday Greetings [holly leaf attached to the cross of the "t"]. The interior of the card is a paper "frame" for the enclosed photograph. The photograph shows a man and woman dressed the same in brown knit pants, red satin shirts, and felt hands. The man is standing in front of a mare and her colt while the woman is sitting on her heels and holding her hat out to the colt. Red text reads: "Mary and Pete Frost". Written in blue ink on the back of the cover [interior]: "Fruit Cake [underlined]". There is a white wooden house with red shutter trim in the background; picnic table on far left with a tree trunk that partially obscures it. Tree and shrubs on right.

The photograph was taken from the Mamie Davis George photo album page 10.

Partial gold-colored ribbon in two fragments that says "Guest" across the top and "Third Annual Meeting National Live Stock" just below. The second piece has a partial illustration of a bull or cow, with the word "Association" written below. Additional pieces are missing from the center and bottom of the ribbon.
