Carswell reported on the subject's conduct as very unsatisfactory, that a Texas Ranger is looking for and has not been able to locate the subject, and that Carswell is to keep them posted on any further developments.

Postscript by McMichael advises that a detainer filed against this subject by the Sheriff of Grayson County, Texas has been withdrawn making subject eligible for regular parole release on November 3, 1954. Attached is a letter written to Mr. R. N. McMichael, Placement Supervisor, Ohio Penitentiary from Richard H. Brooks, M. D., Medical Director, James Hospital dated August 26, 1954. Brooks advises McMichael that the medical records of Inmate No. 95040 have been reviewed and has retained the "No Occupational Restrictions" classification given shortly after arrival at the penitentiary.
