This document analyzes the engineering feasibility of a planned Light Rail Transit (LRT) extension from Ledbetter Station to the UNT Dallas campus. It would be used to help DART from a baseline budget for the prefect. It also outlined environmental considerations.

This document represents a proposed outline for conducting a Before and After Study of the DART Green Line, a major extension of DART's light rail transit (LRT) system. Such studies track the costs and impacts of the extension of Red Line service into the North Central Corridor and analyze the accuracy of forecasts made during project planning. As the Green Line initially began as two separate planning corridors, the Northwest Corridor and the Southeast Corridor, this planned study replaced original planned studies of the two corridors.

Appendix C for the proposed South Oak Cliff Corridor Blue Line Extension from Ledbetter Station to the UNT Dallas campus. It contains maps and drawing drawing made during the preliminary engineering process.

This report represents a re-evaluation of the environmental impact of DART's Orange Line DFW Airport Extension following modifications made to the proposed project after both the FAA and FTA had issued a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI). The purpose of this report was to determine if the modifications might result in environmental impacts not previously not documented in the earlier environmental assessment, in which case the FONSIs would remain valid. Some modifications to the rail alignments were made to avoid the need to relocate FAA infrastructure, to eliminate bridge structers that could impact flight safety, and to provide enough space for future roadway expansions.
