On the back of the clipping are portions of comic strips.

Postcard of United States Veterans' Hospital in Dallas, Texas. The image is an illustration, depicting a red brick building with white stone accents. In the upper right corner, "United States Veterans' Hospital" is printed and "In Dallas, at Lisbon, Tex." is printed in the lower left corner. Information about the hospital is printed on the back reading, "The main building of the immense Hospital Plant, which occupies a 245 acre site, adjoining the city limits at Lisbon." The correspondence is addressed to "Mr. C.L. Bridge" and references the writer undergoing surgery soon.
