It includes an RSVP either to attend the meeting or to be willing to work in their own locality in the "Viva Johnson" effort. The sender of the postcard reads: John J. Postcard of United States Veterans' Hospital in Dallas, Texas. The image is an illustration, depicting a red brick building with white stone accents. In the upper right corner, "United States Veterans' Hospital" is printed and "In Dallas, at Lisbon, Tex." is printed in the lower left corner. Information about the hospital is printed on the back reading, "The main building of the immense Hospital Plant, which occupies a 245 acre site, adjoining the city limits at Lisbon." Scene at Hynson's Springs, Six Miles West of Marshall, Texas

Black and white halftone postcard of a scene with two young women at Hynson's Springs, near Marshall, Texas. One of the young women stands at the bottom of the spring house and is holding up what appears to be a long-handled dipper, while the other woman is seated on the top of the spring house and is reaching down toward the dipper. The spring house is a brick, stone, and possibly concrete structure with arches at the bottom where the water comes out. It is located in a depression in a wooded area. Printed on the border to the right of the image is the title, "Scene at Hynson's Springs, six miles west of Marshall, Texas." The postmark on the back of the card is dated Aug 31, 1910, and the card is addressed to Mrs. Charles Keller, Buffalo, N.Y."
