It includes a narrow orange card encouraging members to vote "yes," a letter from the board explaining why they want to hire an executive director and how the position would be funded, a sheet listing possible alternatives to hiring an executive director, a copy of the Ad-Hoc Committee's recommendations, and a copy of the Action Without Meeting motions. The front of the envelope includes a handwritten note stating, "Responded May 25, 2006."
