Letter from I. H. Kempner to Lucy McMurray giving permission to her "newly organized historical society" to use any articles from the Texas Gulf Coast Historical Association brochure that would be of interest to her local community. He informs her that he is sending the brochure of H. Kempner's letters that were selected by Dr. Tinsley and that he would like to donate "to [her] library's inception" if she tells him who to make the check out to. He asks for Mrs. F. Charles Hume's address so that he can acknowledge receipt of a copy of the San Jacinto Times to her.
