Davis and McCarter continue, explaining how fortunate they are to have Jan Muhlert, Director of the Amon Carter Museum chair their board, and how much they would like to have Munoz serve as a board member for the Institute. At the end of the letter Davis and McCarter ask Munoz to take their request into consideration and that the board will meet at the Amon Carter December 1 at 4 pm. The letter mentions a fact sheet being given to Munoz about current board members, fact sheet not present with letter. Copied on the letter is Jan Muhlert.

McCarter writes that from the point of view of NTIEVA, there has been new energy and focus from Woolery's good words from their panel, TASA/TASB. It gave NTIEVA them insight into the leadership Woolery is providing. McCarter also writes that they appreciate Dr. Skinner and Bill Cormack, who have proven themselves as able spokespersons for the distract during their recent meeting at the Dallas Museum between DMA Education Committee and members of the Board of the Marcus Foundation. McCarter ends the letter by stating that NTIEVA is in the early stages of planning for activities during the summer of 1995 and that the involvement of the Dallas teachers makes them look forward to another successful Institute.
