Photograph of J. R. Hollis, Vice-Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of the North Caddo SCD, standing with several heads of cattle. The back of the photograph proclaims, "J. R. Hollis, Vice-Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of the North Caddo SCD. Hollis is owner and operator of the Hinton Telephone Company. He has extensive farming interests both irrigated and dryland. Hollis was appointed an assistant supervisor in Feb. 1955 and elected to a supervisor's position in 1958."
