[Letter from Inge Honig to Daniel W. Kempner, April 6, 1951]

Letter from Inge Honig to Daniel W. Kempner discussing the advancement of Fanny Freund's cancer and informing him that her new doctor, Dr. Gross, believes it is too late for any operations to save her life. Mrs. Honig says that Mrs. Freund's best option is a nursing home, but until then her landlord Mr. Rosenbaum who has experience as a night nurse would be helping keep up with general care and hip injections. Mrs. Inge then asks Mr. Kempner to cash Mrs. Freund's bond and send the money to help pay for hospital bills and the eventual nursing home fees.
