Barney Cunningham Standing on the Back Side of an Erosion Control Dam

Photograph of Barney Cunningham and a dog standing on the backside of an erosion control. Directly next to Mr. Cunningham is the discharge end of a 36" drop-inlet pipe, which extends through the dam.
