A form letter addressed to Trustee from Geo. S. Anderson, President, W. W. Haynes, Vice-President, Thos. E. Roberts, Secretary and E. M. Collier, Administrator, Hendrick Memorial Hospital dated October 1, 1952. Anderson, Haynes, Roberts and Collier advise the Trustees of the need of Hardin-Simmons University for $150,000.00 to complete the girls' dormitory assuring them that the hospital can make the loan to the University and requests a vote for or against making the loan. Handwritten note by Carswell dates the decision as needed by October 3, 1952.
