The association aims to end the housing shortage by building 100 homes that are approved by the Federal Housing Administration and the Veterans Administration with prices ranging form $7000-$7500 for Black middle-class families. Another priority of the project is to improve the water and sewer lines, which are being planned by the association with contracts and engineers.
