Reagan, in the Court of Civil Appeals of Texas, Waco, heard February 12, 1931 and rehearing denied March 12, 1931. The original cause was brought by P. C. Reagan, alleging that his cotton crop was damaged due to negligence on the part of the railroad company, and appealed by the railroad company after the district court decided in favor of Reagan.
