There also is a small three-story wing attached on the right side. Photograph of a two-story hipped-roof house with wood siding that served as the Missouri Governor's house from 1863-1865 during the Civil War. The Governor rented it from Mrs. Mary Key. It was located at 204 East Crockett St. Architectural details indicate that the house was expanded and updated after the Civil War, later in the 19th century. Inscription in ink on the back of the photograph states: "Home of the governor of Missouri during the Civil War 1866."

It is a two-story side-gable house of five bays with a two-story portico with four columns. Three dormer windows are in the roof. In the book "Hsitoric Marshall Revisited" by Edward W. Plummer, it is identified as the Fletcher Home, built in 1929 from the remains of a two-story house demolished by Henry McGee.

Black and white photo-postcard of the Jerusalem Baptist Church in Marshall, Texas, taken sometime in the 1940s. The one-story brick building with basement has a central entrance tower with a hipped roof, which projects from a front gable-roofed main section with a side gable section behind it. It is a simple, unornamented building, except for the round arched entrance with three rows of corbelled brick surrounding the doors and two square pillars on either side of the entrance supporting lamps. The church is built on a slope, which allows for "basement" rooms beneath the back part of the building. The windows appear to be casement windows, and one in the back wing is partially open. A metal frame perpendicular to the road holds a sign with information about the church, but the text is not readable due to the angle. The back of a small house is visible behind the church.
