This film from Universal Newsreels shows the stars of the motion picture "Gold Diggers of 1933" arriving in San Francisco for the film premiere at the Paramount Theater to the music of "We're in the Money" and "Pettin' in the Park." Mayor Angelo J. Rossi presents the keys to the city to the actors. Actress Glenda Farrell is appointed Mayor for the day and Actors Joe E. Brown and Warren William are named as Chief of Police and Fire Chief. Other stars of the film listed on the Paramount marquee include Ruby Keeler, Joan Blondell, Aline Macmahon, Ginger Rogers, and Guy Kibbee & 300 Gorgeous Girls.
