Photograph of Henry Lee Price, also known as H.L. Price. Price founded the town of Cuney, Texas and was the first African American to serve on a jury in Palestine, Texas. He is the son of Samuel Price, the former slave. He is wearing a three-piece suit, which is only partially visible.

Program made for the dedication ceremony of an official Texas Historical Marker at the former site of the McKnight Plaza. The marker bears the name J.B. McKnight, the man who purchased the land where the plaza used to stand. Inside the program is the program schedule, a brief biography of McKnight, and an extensive history of the site.
