The major part of the content is snapshots pasted on the pages of an album with printed headings. The photographs of Laurita and her friends are cut into a variety of shapes, and handwritten notes accompany the photos. Some of the photographs were taken in Marshall, where Laurita attended high school, and others are from her year (1921-22) at Randolph Macon College in Ashland, VA. Photos include many shots of girls posing or playing together, including wearing costumes for the 1922 New Year's Ball. It also includes the printed list of Randolph Macon freshmen, and a handwritten poem by Laurita about her 1920 high school class and a newspaper clipping about class spirit.
