A photograph postcard showing the Missouri, Kansas & Texas (MKT) "Katy" 555, 2-6-0, posed by the hostler for photo at Altus, OK. The accomodating hostler often posed enginers for me with rods at the bottom of the wheels. These engines pulled freight between Wichita Falls, TX, and the Oklahoma panhandle.
