In the letter, Miss Mattheal seeks information for several non-members of her Society that are also doctors at John Sealy Memorial Hospital. Dr. Bodansky replied on May 24, acknowledging receipt of the letter.

Letter to Dr. Dean Clark from Dr. Meyer Bodansky on September 22nd, 1939, informing him that the three Jewish immigrant medical students mentioned in previous correspondence will not be allowed to retake their board examination. A list of names of possible candidates for the position of Texas representative to the National Committee for Resettlement of Foreign Physicians was also included in the letter.

Letter written to Dr. K.H. Aynesworth from Walter G. Stuck, informing him of a decision made at a recent business meeting for the Texas Surgical Society.

Letter from Lurine Hightower to Dr. Meyer Bodansky, asking for him to write a review of a recently published textbook. Dr. Bodansky's reply graciously accepts the commission, but states that another doctor may be more appropriate as a conflict of interest may exist.
