Dunn and was published weekly in the “interest of local affairs.” On May 11, 1895, B. A. Rudley purchased the newspaper factory from Dunn. A. R. Johnson continued on as the editor. In the last year of its existence the paper measured 18 by 24 inches and featured four pages of seven columns. The cost of a year’s subscription was one dollar. The Courier may have continued publication until 1898.
