"One of greatest finishes in the history of sports" refer to in the last 16th of a mile, Dark Secret stumbled fracturing his leg but went on to finish the race and win by a head, after which he had to be put down.

Norrell is planning to appoint subcommittees in order to study the racial issues during the project to gain more knowledge of the housing crisis as well.
