[Dallas Apparel Mart Exterior, Southwest Corner]

Photograph of the southwest Apparel Mart exterior in the Dallas Market Center. This portion of the Apparel Market building is higher than the main structure, being built of five large concrete blocks stacked in tiers, with the smallest block at the bottom and the largest at the top, therefore making the structure take on the appearance of an upside-down pyramid or a tiered cake. Gray pillars rise vertically towards the concrete blocks, flush with the second-from-top block and extending horizontally at times. A large glass wall appears on the far left, bounded by the concrete blocks. A large parking lot, occupied by several cars, is paved around the Apparel Mart, with medians planted with trees placed around the parking lot.
