[Three arches at the Ashton Depot]

Photograph of three arches at Ashton Depot, formerly known as both Santa Fe and Fort Worth Union Depot, located at 1501 Jones Street, in Fort Worth. The arches are made out of brick and have strips of wood over top of the brick, creating a sunburst pattern at the curves of the arches, and horizontal stripes at the bottoms. Each arch has been framed out in wood. A small shelf of crown molding sits above each arch, and a corbel attaches the peak of each arch to its corresponding shelf. Above these shelves, two shades of brick have been stacked to create a geometric pattern reminiscent of flowers. Each arch has been filled in with wooden paneling. A horizontal strip of wood goes across this paneling, dividing the arch with the arch on the top and the straight sides below it. In the curved section of each arch is a small, arched window, each with two panes of glass divided by a piece of wood. Below the wooden divisor in each arch is a doorframe. The leftmost arch's doorframe has been filled with the same wooden paneling as the rest of it. A round sign on a post stands in …

The house has three floors and a basement. The second floor has a balcony attached to the front of the house. The balcony creates the porch for the front entrance and it is supported by two large, sturdy pillars of rough stone. These pillars have two short, decorative columns next to them, closer to the entrance. These columns continue along the house, holding up the roof to the wrap-around porch that connects to the balcony. The building is made of brick and there is a band of stone on the exterior, separating the first and second floor, that wraps around the house. The band of stone is level with the balcony. The section of the house directly next to the balcony is octagonal in shape, and the side facing the camera has a port window and a decorative design laid out above it. [The interior of the U.S. Post Office Central]

Photograph of the interior of the U.S. Post Office Central at 251 W. Lancaster Avenue in Fort Worth. The photo focuses on a half-column of granite that extends upwards from the floor where is has been trimmed out at the bottom in granite crown molding. It is only a half-column because it is almost flush with the wall. Directly next to it, to the left, is an organization system. Many rows of small, square drawers with labels on them. The drawers increase in size as they get closer to the ground. This wall of drawers doesn't go to the full height of the actual wall, so there is a section of negative space above the drawers until the wall meets up with the crown molding. On the other side of the half-column is a small, framed-out window with bars over the bottom half of it. The window has a shelf at the bottom made out of the same granite as the column, and it is level with the crown molding at the top of the wall. Above the crown molding, decorative iron extends to the top of the picture. Four sections of designs are divided into grids. The bottom of …

Behind the fence, the ground turns to brick. The building is also made of brick, and its left corner is almost centered in the photo. The side of the building says "BRYCE BUILDING" at the top, under a decorative mantel. A balcony in front of three tall windows creates a small awning over the side entrance. Two potted plants flank the doors, and the building's number is written above the doors. Square windows are distributed evenly along the side of the building that faces the camera, each with blinds hung on the inside, and closed. The building attaches to what appears to be a parking garage that is taller than the building.
